June 2022 - New Build - Houdini Unreal - Games Developer - United Kingdom 1700 pounds

I have worked in the game industry for a while, so always had high end stations are work, would like to have something good to mess about with after work.

Budget (including currency):  1700 pounds

Country: United Kingdom

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Houdini, Unreal 5 (Next Gen Consoles), I plan to use this machine with 3 monitors. 2560*1440

Other details

I want a machine for houdini/unreal development, the more ram the better or at least the option to add more in the future would be great.
This will be my after work relax machine so gaming is cool, but I don't care about high specs at all in this regards.

Do you care about the looks of the pc? Such as RGB or a fancy case?

Nah, would be nice if it could be quiet though.

Never buy a pc from currys. If you don't want to build something yourself then you are better going to somewhere like overclockers uk. You can make changes to any pre-built system, or ask them to make a custom build if you buy the parts from them.
