yea after doing my own research IBM XTs were the closest thing i could find i think the integrated keyboard was what was throwing me off

Ha! I had similar monitor as my first monitor. But after a while it was revealed is was actaully a 256+ color monitor. 
What a damn surprise 😄

i really want to get a 1980s pc, i dont even have a use for it i just think theyre cool and i use an old IBM model M for work

I bought one for a computer programing class back in the 80s.

Later I bought a Leading Edge 386 computer that had an HD but I did not build a PC until the 486 came out and that was to play Doom. 1993 I think.

 

I don't miss them at all since my main computer at the time was a Commodore 64 and later an Amiga 500.

yea an IBM xt goes for 670-850 for working tested models with the monitor, i wish there were replicas we could buy like that replica model m keyboard but theres 0 money into it
