So I got a 780 ti few days ago and noticed some weird things while gaming.

- as soon as I run any game, the GPU load hikes to 98% even at 1080p. Games I have tested are cry 3, bf 3 and bf 4. I play all these games at ultra, 4x aa.

- the temperatures I get while gaming with auto fan is 85% which is quite high too.

Is it normal to get those temperatures and GPU load while gaming at 1080p on the 780 ti?

My rig- nzxt 410 case with 8 fans, amd fx 8350 with noctua nh d14 heat sink.

My cpu load is at 50% while gaming in ultra, and the temperature is 35 c.

Seems a bit high, what is the room temp?

As a comparison my reference blower fan 780ti runs at 72C under full gaming load and fan speed around 70%, room temps range from 20-25C.

The fan speed is kinda high. Which brand manufactured it, or is it a reference cooler? And load wise, it seems fine.

totally normal load ,totally normal temps for auto fan set ,how ever set a manual fan speed profile if you'd like to hit lower temps ,but 85° is still fine

I meant 83 degrees instead of %..

Its an evga superclocked 780 ti...if I manually set the fan to 70%, the temperature drops down to 77 degrees.

My room is pretty cool as I have my windows open 24/7

I was planning to over clock it, but it is already heating up quite a bit..:(

Any suggestions?

PS.. This form is freaking awesome.. second post, and I got so many replies in just an hour.

Thnx

the single fan refernce superclocked? Cause that would explain it, and those would be norm. Especially with fan at 70% and temps at 77C.
