Artic freezer 34=  46$ Noctua nh-u12s redux= 53$

So if you only care about performance (Lowest Temp) Artic freezer will be your best and cheapest bet,

While the NH-U12S would be quieter and smaller

Budget (including currency):50$

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: GTA V, Valorant:

I have I5 12400f with gigabyte b660m ds3h ddr4 motherboard. Currently I have stock cooler but cpu temps reach 90s whlle I m gaming at 40%-50% load. I need to know whether Artic freezer 34 esports duo or noctua nh-u12s redux is better. Budget(50$)

It doesn't matter what one, they will both be adequate to cool your CPU (Max Turbo Power 117w)

Max Cooling capacity,

Artic freezer 34 = 210w

NH-U12S = 160w

It comes down to what the prices are in your country, but keep in mind the NH-U12S will be quieter and smaller

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3400G @ 3.1 GHZ, RAM: Teamgroup elite 12gb DDR4 @3200mhz, MOBO: GA-A320M-S2H v1, GPU: Gigabyte Rtx 3060 OC 12 GB, CASE: Old Antec one i found, PSU: CV750 Corsair
