Which pc build best for me ?

Hello,

 

Im planning to buy a pc atleast before August came for learning 3D human modelling in blender and 3D animation in maya. 

 

As for game, i would like play atleast latest game with 50 fps or more since my monitor gonna be 60 fps afterall because my top priority is to get 24 inch monitor with ips so i can do 3d modelling in bigger screen than my 14 inch potato laptop.

 

Games like rdr2, gta v, assasin creed valhalla, far cry 6 and fallout 4. But mostly gonna be genshin or ni no kuni for online.

 

So even if i got 80 fps its not gonna show up at all in my monitor. 

 

My first budget is Rp 15.000.000 or $1071 and thats not include monitor. 

 

But if things is posible i want at Rp 13.000.000 or $928 and not include monitor.

For 3050, its just my own speculation with pc price simulator. But it shouldnt go too far from there. The seller is out of stock on 3050 so im planning to wait a month for it to come. 

 

I really having a hard time to decide which one the best for me until i cant sleep everynight anxious about overspending or spending too low.

 

Please help me out. 

 

Edit : forgot to say im buying prebuilt one and im still learning. i need pc for my college 3d modelling

Firstly, is there any reason you went intel,

Also a 6600xt preforms slightly better than a 3050 and a 3060

Yes, im trying to find if there is any cpu on amd that can have better value on performance and pricing. 

 

I checked the price of ryzen 5 5600x is more expensive than i5 12400. I checked if there is a cpu equal to i5 10400 but ryzen 3 5600 is also more expensive. 

 

Thanks for the reccomendation but i think thats gonna be more than $1200ish in my country. 

 

Oh yes sorry i forgot to put that im buying a prebuilt one becaus if i build myself there is no guarantee it will work, not having enough time for that and shipping cost make it more expensive than prebuilt

its okay, i apreciate it alot c:::. If number 4 is it okay to use h510 motherboard ? My friend said h mobo is not good because it heats fast, or is the powersupply need to be change ? when i asked on psu forum people seems to dislike the coolermaster g600
