Discord randomly logs me out

I know this used to be a big issue back in 2020, but for the past 3 months I have been experiencing this issue. I am logged into discord on my PC and mobile phone, but I randomly get logged out of both at the same time. Very irritating. 

 

I have tried pretty much all the solutions I could find but the problem persists.

 

Anyone have any suggestions? or idea why this may be occurring?

Honestly, this is a pain in the ass to have to log back in every week and sometimes after 2 days.
