No devices detected? Not able to install Windows on new build!

jesselless

Hi!

I'm trying to install Windows 10 Home x64 on my new build, running on a B550 GAMING X V2 motherboard, but neither the install nor my BIOS is detecting my Samsung Pro 980 1TB M.2 SSD. I've looked under every rock on this wide web and tried installing many-a drivers but nothing is working. I'm truly clueless on what to do.

I'm on BIOS version F15d and my parts list can be found here if it's any help and I'll answer whatever questions there might be, I just want my build to work 😔

Have you tried looking in bios what mode it is in? Some SSDS and HDDS will not be seen in the boot manager if its in Windows UEFI, Windows Legacy and or Legacy/UEFI. You could always try a new drive because sometimes they do get corrupted.
