Should I build on GA-P55-UD6

Hi, this is my first post here. I hope I have chosen the right section. 
As there are many specialists here from all over the world, I have one simple question. I have an old PC with the motherboard "GA-P55-UD6". Is it worth putting a home server on it, or throw it away?

The efficiency is terrible, just get a cheap h61 + an ivy bridge e3 xeon and thatll suffice, main reason to go 1156 is just dirt cheap overclockable (and inefficient) xeons, not what you want for a home server

 

You could sell the board off for maybe 30$
