PSU Fan weirdly loud

So my PSU fan has randomly all of a sudden become loud. I am not sure of what is the issue. It's only a year old. It's from thermaltake 650 W Bronze.

Most Thermaltake Bronze units are pretty bad that you have to replace anyway. What's the exact model.

3200 mhz ram16 gb

1050ti

650 w psu mounted to the bottom to pull in freah air

2 intake 1 exhaust 2 exhaust through aio liquid cooler for cpu. 

1 m.2 ssd

B450 gaming f from asus MoBo

Very weird. It's not consistant. The fan is completely fine now.

Can you see if the fan is spinning under load? Because mine stopped working (tt hamburg) and I also saw one review reporting the same thing maybe yours is also affected
