Other details  I have really low end peripheral now so the current budget is 100% for parts only and I can get better peripherals later.

PSU can be a lot cheaper, the AIO is overpriced and you have a B660 with a K chip which isn't recommended.

If you drop down to the non-K SKU (will perform almost identically to the K SKU, especially since you're not gonna be overclocking), go for an air cooler, and go for a slightly lower SSD, you can get a 3080 in this price range.
