Draytek 2866 L2TP VPN cannot see internal network

I have a Draytek Vigor 2866. When I connect to the L2TP VPN hosted on the router itself. I can access the internal network devices like my network shares. Ping devices on the network. When I connect on Mac it cannot see anything on the internal network but is displaying the public IP address of the network the VPN is hosted from. 

 

Any suggestions?
