Retro look pc case

Go to solution Solved by 8tg,

You can scour eBay for all sorts of late 90’s beige ATX cases, though it’s worth noting they were never designed for modern components, especially the power and heat we see in systems today, and will almost always have to be modded in some way for better thermals and airflow, or you have to limit what hardware you choose to lower power options.

These get expensive really fast as they’re for a very niche market, but they’re out there

On the super cheap where painting is an option, basically any of the older rosewill cases will do. These cost almost nothing new, they’re built with ancient tooling, but usually they have some form of front intake and aren’t the worst for a cheap case, there’s a lot of different models to choose from but they’re mostly all the same thing with different front panels.

If you can find something in the Line series, pic below, these are distinctly plain older designs that would work well in beige.

So i wanted to find a retro look pc case. maybe a 90s style, but i want to easily throw in a modern motherboard. atk or mini atx anything works. I just don´t wanna mod the case any more than panting it an off white.
