as others have mentioned, monday.com was used in that specific video, but it's not what they normally use. as far as i know they use trello for everything but that video.

They've done a few videos where they were sponsored and use Monday such as one for TechLinked but I do think you are right and it seems that they use trello instead normally.

Though I think that also widely applies to pretty much all of the sponsored software.
