Help needed!

Hello,My brother has a problem with his laptop.It crashed and after restarting it said HTTPS boot over,but it failed.What could this be and how can i fix this?Laptop specs:(DELL)

CPU-I5 10500H

GPU-GTX1650

RAM-8GB

SSD-256GB

From a quick google this seems to be an issue often with Dell.

perhaps try to get into bios and switch this https boot off and see if that solves it

It fixed itself.There was beep sounds,which was codes i think.There was 2-3 short beep and than some kind of siren sound.
