Any idea how loud/hot the 3080/3090 meme [single fan] editions are?

So for a brief moment the Manufacturers Like Asus/MSI/Gigabyte made blower editions of the RTX 3090, image here:

As I am looking for a Graphics card with max thickness of 45mm, the blower edition of the 3080/3090 would work, but

any ideas how whiney they would be?

I had a RX480 founders edition and that thing was loud compared to my Zotac 1080ti mini.


But atleast the MSI and Asus variants are basically all heatsink:

I also know that inno3D has a 3080 slim, triple fan, but it is impossible to even confirm it's existance, let alone find it.

The blower 20-series cards were already notoriously loud and thermal-throttled.

 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
