Usb c to display port for dual monitor setup

My monitor has an HDMI port and a display port. My plan is to connect the HDMI port to a switch, and the display port to my laptop through usb c. My laptop's HDMI port will connect to another monitor.

 

Any recommendations for a usb c to display port cable in Canada?

The usb c port explicitly supports display port 1.4

 

It is a ThinkPad t14 gen 1 amd

if it specifically supports displayport, then you can buy a "USB C to Displayport Cable" from a ton of shops, and they're easy to find.

Can I just pick any random one off Amazon that says VESA certified, or is there stuff to watch out for?
