the temp limit in msi afterburner is greyed out how do i fix it

I assembled my motherboard with my cpu gpu ram and ssd, and when I go plug everything in and set it up to my monitor, I get this screen, my ram and motherboard light up but dont know where to go from this screen

Screen reads:


(red triangle logo) ami

Mode1: B650 ADRUS ELITE AX Ver: F4
Press <DEL> to enter setup.


New CPU Installed, fTPM/PSP V corrupted or fTPM/ PSP NV structure changed.
Press y to reset fTPM, 1f you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key
Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will NOT enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related keys and data.

 

I press delete and on the bottom it displays entering setup then goes blank, any advice or solution?
