Google chrome will only open once

Im having problems with google chrome where it will only open once and after I close it it wont open again until I shit the PC down and boot it back up again? Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Thanks!

Problem: Google Chrome.

Solution: Use Firefox.

Uninstall Chrome and re-install the latest version. Hopefully that will fix it.

I have tried a reinstall already with no luck..

Open task manager after closing it and see whether chrome.exe is still running. If it is, force terminate the process and run it again. Within chrome, press Shift+Esc to open the chrome task manager and see whether there are any tasks running that perhaps shouldn't be. If not, restart it in safe mode by pressing Win+R then typing chrome.exe --disable-extensions (if it can't find chrome, you need to use the full path, which you can copy from a desktop shortcut to it) and see whether it helps.

Try deleting the UserData folder in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome That might fix it.
