After my laptop got blue screen of death my laptop got good to bad and my fps went down it became slow I cant shut it down or restart it because if I open it on start it will respond or go to a black screen and after  few hours or minutes it will return to normal help

Most people from the Philippines speak languages other than English (even though it is the primary language)

His native language could be, but is not limited to

 

English, Bicol, Sama-Bajaw, Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Ilocano, Kapampangan, Kinaray-a, Maguindanao, Maranao, Pangasinan, Surigaonon, Tausug, Waray-Waray & Zamboangueño, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Korean, Malay.

@OP Have you tried a fresh Windows install? Your Windows could be corrupted.

They learn English in school but it is by no means the primary language. Sort of like how in Canada you learn French.

That's a good point. Everyone might know the basics of English, but that doesn't mean they are fluent.
