npsvctrig and filecrypt causing pc crash

I have seen multiple forms about this issue around. from my knowledge there is none on here.

I was unfortunate enough to have this error i can no longer run games because every single time i open a game it crashes and the two applications "npsvctrig" and "filecrypt" i honestly don't know what to do. people said they did a fresh install of windows and it still did not fix the issue im currently lost.

edit. 
So i have reinstalled windows saving files and not saving files nothing worked. not sure if i should use a new boot image or what. that or it is my hardware not even sure where to start there.

Try installing a different driver of your GPU.

No i did not do a fresh install.. i will try that now.

already tried that the same thing still happens.

if you have system restore enabled you can also just restore to an earlier time as well

Okay so after a bit of texting and some sleeping. figured out that its something to do with going into fullscreen mode its none of my hardware i think because i can run games in windowed fine. i already reinstalled windows and kept my files i think my only option is to do a fresh install. but not sure if anybody has any suggestions please!

also tried windows debloater didn't resolve the problem
