ASUS VP249 144hz Backlight Bleed

I just bought Asus VP249 this year of 2022 since is the only that I can afford at the time. On a first boot of the screen I immediately notice the bleed on upper side of the panel
I guess it is a "normal" for Asus IPS monitors as of today. My old VC239 has acceptable backlight bleed and its better

I accepted the fact that it will be no sense to replace it. What do you think? I might be receiving another unit with less bleed I guess?

if the bleed is viable when the screen is displaying medium to bright content, its not acceptable.
