Is it not possible to create two-keys shortcuts for language switching on the new GNOME Ubuntus (Without third party installation)?

I have two languages on Ubuntu 22.10 and I can't set language switching with two keys, Shift + Alt like in Windows, it expects three keys.

I saw that in the newer Ubuntus that use GNOME it's not possible unless you install GNOME Tweaks.

Is there any other way?

Thanks

I ended up installing gnome tweaks because it's an official software and not third party
