Buying advice for 27-inch 4K monitor for photo editing

I am looking to buy a new monitor. I am looking for a 27 inch, 4K resolution device (a basic USB hub would be nice, but isn't a must.) I edit in sRGB, and don't need a EIZO monitor that costs thousands; I am willing to spend around €800.

My own internet search came up with the recently announced Dell UltraSharp U2723QE monitor.

Any advice on if this is a good choice, or other suggestions, are very welcome.

You can spend as low as 219€ on a 4K IPS monitor covering the sRGB space, spend another 160€ on a Calibrite Color Checker Display and your results will be better than any factory calibrated professional grade monitor for 800€.

HERE you can see your options for a monitor with the specs required. (27", 4K, IPS, 99% sRGB coverage)

If you need something else like Type-C, adjustable stand, VESA mounting, etc. just add the according filter.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
