Looking for a good HDMI Switch with Audio Extactor

Hi,

I'm looking for a good HDMI Switch with Audio Analog Extractor. (3.5mm or RCA)

The use case is to connect multiple Game consoles to a 4K@60Hz capable computer Monitor and a good old sound system while making sure not to introduce to much Input lags and synchronization issue between the sound and the image.
