Sagemcom router firewall help

Hi,

I have a sagemcom F@st 5366 TN router through my ISP. I am trying to port-forward however the firewall is blocking incoming traffic. I tried a port tester and it failed. There is no option to disable the firewall on the router. Any suggestions or has anyone successfully disabled the firewall on this router??
