If you aren't willing to do some basic leg-work yourself, forget it. Even on modern Windows, running older games will mean there are issue after issue to troubleshoot. Some maybe more common, like DX versions. Some more obscure, relating to specific dll files and drivers that were present on OS game was made for but aren't on modern versions of OS's.

 

In general, you should get ISOs off the discs and run them mounted on virtual drives, then run them in Wine. But if you mean those which run directly from CDs without installing, we are talking about game made for Win95 or older. So you might need DOS emulator.
