HELP - ROG Centurion 7.1 audio station USB-HDMI

Hello,

I have the ROG centurion 7.1 that come with an audio station apart from the advanced volume control it has two HDMI outputs, one for speakers and one for the headset and I can switch between with a press of a button, the headset that is connected through HDMI isn't working anymore and I couldn't find a replacement, so i purchased the ROG Theta 7.1 and I want to use it with Centurion audio station, the problem is the output from the station is HDMI and the Theta headset's connection is USB, how can I make it work?

PS: the audio station connects to the PC through USB
