Power to pc when its off

Go to solution Solved by Beerzerker,

That's probrably because it's not directly controlled by the board, it has it's own RGB thing and as long as it's getting power it will do that, not to mention I noted your pad can be used for wireless charging.

Since the pad most likely has a USB interface/plug, know that most modern boards support power to the USB ports even if the PC isn't running so you can do things like charge your phone from those as an example without having to power up the system.
If the pad is getting power from the USB ports it's going to do what it's going to.

In this case it's just indicating it's got power and ready to wirelessly charge whatever you want it to.
It's really nothing to worry about related to any kind of problem with it or the system.

Yeah that's normal. My ASUS B550f had RGB on the MB when powered down.

So even when you click the shutdown button, you still have 5V on for things like your MB RGB, network card (many integrated on the MB), and USB as some users need this functionality for say wake on LAN or USB always on devices.

Unless you physically switch the PSU, remove the power cable it will have some power. You can enable certain sleep states in BIOS (S5 I think) or try ErP but anyway that is expected nothing is wrong.
