Phone display

medar

Yo I just dropped my phone on concrete and guess what it cracked cuz I had no protection on it. But that's not the only problem, it also is unusable, the screen doesn't work it just shows a lil bit green at the bottom. Is there any way to fix this cuz the crack isn't that bad or is the display rip.

With that little information, yeah, replace the glass/digitizer/LCD. That's how you fix it.

You can try to recover some data by plugging into a PC.

Or by using a mouse plugged into it, if its an android.

The phone works, the display just does not.

Phones like that shouldn't be difficult to get into. If you're asking if you can fix the screen while maintaining the crack then you'd be better off replacing the whole thing as it would be a strange request to ask a repair place to fix your LCD only. *

I think your best bet would be taking it to a shop or someone you know to have a look at it for you.

* I had an issue with the touchscreen in my car, it was a fairly old and unconventional model, no one wanted to come close to "fixing" it the way that would be cost effective and not even that much hassle. It involved swapping the screen out and/or cleaning the residue that was preventing its responsiveness to touch.

Everyone I spoke to were only agreeing to swap the head unit which was completely fine, what I'm getting at is that while I did find someone it may not be worth the hassle for you particular device but that's up to you.

I replaced the screen 1 time already it's 70$, + 70$ and I could've sold this phone and got a better phone xD but yea it's my fault I didn't use any protection, I like how the phone looks without case/screen protector.

Just buy a new phone then just sounds stupid to pay that much plus any screen protector or case you want to get on top of that.
