Question about merging USB 2.0 in a raspberry pi

i have a raspberry pi 3 B+ and it has 4 USB 2.0 ports, the thing is that I wanted to know if there is a dongle (maybe with some software that makes it work) that can improve transfer speed and exceed the USB 2.0 speeds (I'm not sure if it is possible to make it full duplex at 2.0 speeds instead of improving speeds, either of those options are helpful)
I'm sorry if it sounds dumb but I wanted to know if there is some way to do that because buying a RPi 4 is not an option in Argentina (in my country the RPi 4 (4GB) it's worth the same as a new computer which is too expensive)
