Youtube being wierd

Internet speed:

And I've got a 11300H CPU, but yet I'm still dropping frames on youtube.

 

Why?

Which resolutions are you trying to watch ? On which browser? On which OS? And provide full specs, not just CPU.

Most videos are GPU accelerated now so if your GPU is junk (ie Intel's iGPU) don't expect to watch things in 4k60 smoothly.

The only reason I can think off is because YouTube did something to their servers, that causes issues for users.

I have even more Annoying problem myself: YouTube automatically sets my Video quality to 360P. even though I set it so that it should always be FHD, trough their now shitty settings menu. even on LTT video's this issue happens.

 

It cannot be my internet speed, as I have High speed Fiber, and am the sole user.

There is nobody else on my network , as I do not give out my wifi-password at all [heck I don't even know it out of my head].

What is even weirder is that it does not happen on every video. it happens at random intervals.
