Stuttering in games need HELP!

Hello guys for the past couple of months i have been having a stuttering issue with all of my games. every time this happens the gpu usage does down to 0  and my fps goes to 0 then goes back up again. Does anyone know how to fix this. Thanks.

If you could give us some more information about your system. What GPU you are running and so on..
Which games are you trying?
Does this happen outside of games aswell? (Are video playback affected?)...

Do that, and we'll see what we can do

By just looking at your specs, I'd think it was a driver issue.. Though more information about when this happens could proberly help...

But anyways, have you got GeForce experience installed?. Make sure you've updated and all the usual nonsence...

It usually happens at random. And yes my drivers are all updated.

At first glance i would say CPU bottleneck, but that is a haswell i7...
