When you can't google error code you know you are fucked. :D Just keep trying to reinstall and patch, maybe try to patch into older version.

Did you install from the DVD? 

Try uninstalling, delete all the files and make sure they are gone, then stick your serial code into GOG and download a fresh copy from there, see if it runs first then patch it up.
