Compatible ram needed

Guys I have 4gb DDR3 1333mhz ram lying around which I'll post a picture here, just wanna know which 8GB ram would be compatible with it without any issues.. available to buy online

It's a JEDEC standard DIMM. It'll work well with any other DIMM with the same specs. Namely, 4GB, 1333Mhz (PC3-10600) and CL9 (or 9-9-9).

Probably. If all you need is more capacity then that's no problem at all. If you were hoping for dual channel, then that'll depend on how the motherboard treats the mismatch in size.

 

Ideally you'd get Flex mode which would operate the first 8GB in dual channel and the remaining 4GB in single channel. But you could also end up with 12GB of single channel RAM.
