Windows 10 or 11?

Building a new pc, and only one thing left. What OS do I use, its a gaming pc so obviously windows but 11 or 10?

when you're building new you may as well just go 11, it's gonna have to happen anyways.

either will be fine, unless the build is Alder Lake bassed (intel 12th gen), which is faster on windows 11, due to the sceduler.

Id still suggest 11, as it comes with better HDR support and some new features (like a decent frunctioning MS store)

The very same Store is in Windows 10 also. They ported it there.

I was not aware of that

I haven’t used windows 10 since 11 went public so I’ve just never seen it
