Loud gaming pc PLS HELP

PicoMaster

I have a gaming pc that has a EVGA GTX 570 an H55 Corsair CPU Watercooler with a push pull cooling setup. It is quite loud when not doing anything and even more loud when gaming. Is it my graphics card that is so loud? If it is, is there any way to make it less loud or is there any way to trade my gpu for another GTX 570? If its not my gpu are there any QUIET! 120mm fans that aren't over $20? I have 1 200mm fan in the top of my HAF 912 case. Please help I want a quiet gaming rig!

open the case and stop the fans for a second if the noise stops then it's that fan.

The RM PSU's by Corsair are quiet because the fan on them don't spin until they are under 50% load or something like that

Carfully stop the fans one by one and identify the ones that make annoying noises/are too loud.

If that EVGA GPU has the stock cooler i would recommend de-dusting it if necessary and setting a cutom fan curver via MSI After Burner, if you haven't already done that.

What fans are you using on your H55 push pull? What other fans do you have in your system?

who cares...

Do some stress testing and check temps while doing that. The adjust GPU/CPU cooler fan speed so that you don't mind them while gaming. Keep an eye on temps however. Set GPU fan speed low point at lowest possible. You can do it with either EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner (same software).

push pull on a h55 is going to be loud if the fans are at full speed
