Hello there , 

Its sad to have to right this letter , But I'm truly at my brick wall here . I've recently built a smashing new gaming computer . But the only issue is . I've ran into a lot of issue's . Some as far as my RGB not showing up or working . My aio not showing up or working  . My 3070 ti not posting properly. its a mess . I'm not going to lie . I'm in over my head here . I'm truly in dire need of help . 

Is there anyway possible to get you guys to personally rebuild this system for me . I don't know what else to do .

POST stands for "power on system test" and your system only successfully posts when it's fully turned on and can display a video signal. So it's not the graphics card that posts, it's the whole computer.

Also if you have trouble with building this PC, maybe ask a friend who has built a pc before. Its not such a niche comunity anymore.

List the full specs, as the stickied thread in this forum instructs you to do when asking for help.

OK. Impossible for anybody to help you with that when we have no idea what components are involved.

Impossible for anybody to say more than "Read the manual and make sure it's connected properly" with so little info. It's not clear what "showing up" even means.

As already explained, POSTing isn't something GPU's do, so we don't even know what problem you're trying to describe here.

Take a deep breath. Read the stickied thread on this forum "Before asking for help." Then come back here and list your full system specs, and explain all of the problems you are experiencing clearly and in detail, one by one, along with what steps you have taken so far to try to solve them. I don't know what people on this forum "personally rebuilding the system" for you is supposed to mean unless you think you're going to convince a couple people here to travel to wherever you are on a mission of mercy.

In replies to everyone that has taken the time to see my post here is a list of the items that I've bought for my new build . 

I would also like to state that. This isn't my first build . I've been doing this since i was young . I'm 27 this month ( doesn't matter ) The build is as followed 

 

I711700k

Icue H150i elite capellix- controller included .

3070 ti from Aorus - Have ran on 3 cords, and 2 with a pony ( for the 16 + 6 pin contact points ) 

9 LianLi sl120's - controller included 

z490 e gaming - updated bios 

1000w psu Corsair 

1TB WD m.2

32gb trident z royal. 

O 11d LianLi case . full size the Original version 

 

 

Everything ive done will not run this card , ive tried 3 different psu's 

I've swapped ram entirely . 

ive updated bios , Cleared the M.2 and tried that way , Tried to use the on board to download drivers for the new card.

That didnt work because the card has to be in the system . ( obviously) 

I've gone as far is putting the card into an all Ryzen system of mine . and it post's properly and works just fine there . 

Could this just be a faulty motherboard issue at this point?

system runs with my old GPU  Radeon sapphire 580 pulse

 

All the rgb for the fans and the cooler still will not work . and the cooler doesn't show up at all in Icue . only the motherboard . 

Sorry for no pictures . I'm using the system to write to you guys .

 

 When i have gotten the card to display it. The system gets stuck in auto recovery repair from booting into OS .  Stutters , Freezes .   Blue screen crash.  Rinse and repeat forever.

so you are past the POST.. this sounds more like a disk/install issue. 

you should take a picture of what the bluescreen says and post it here.
