Anyone had issues with Hermes UK?

I've bought something off eBay and the seller used Hermes UK as the courier.. everyone knows that Hermes has bad service. Hermes doesn't have anyone that you can talk to, as in no real person on the chat, they use a stupid bot that keeps telling you the same story... I've sent messages on Twitter and I've gotten no replies..

 

This is the current situation with my package:

They got the package after midday on Friday the 4th, today is Sunday the 6th... The earliest you will receive the parcel is Monday the 7th. What exactly were you expecting?

Where is my package?

 

Hermes are notorious for losing packages, delivering packages late. I've been told by the seller that I should have received my package yesterday..

This is herpies we're talking about where they would leave a package on the front doorstep open to the elements and on view to everyone as "package handed over to resident".

 

I'm surprised that even Amazon use these clownshoes for shipping stuff that should be done by their own delivery service.

Not to mention sending packages in transit to auction instead of the intended recipient.

 

 

Man, delivery in the UK sounds awful. Not that we have it too much better in the states in some places, but still.

There's an old saying..If you pay peanuts you get monkeys.  Hermes is only so popular on ebay and the like cause of it's price

 With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!
