Im stuck at 100mbps on dowload and upload!

Btw, what speed should you have?

i should have 1 gig speed but i have 100mbps. aslo i cant really bring my pc down there since my parents are renovating and put alot of stuff around it.

We can only guess here what's the problem then. You need to start with connecting that PC to router by taking it close to router or with some other cable so you can determine what's the problem. If the problem is solved by connecting PC directly to the router/modem, it means that you have either cable or switch issue. 

If you skip steps in troubleshooting, no one can tell you what the problem really is.
