Block spam calling on iphone

Howdy, so i recently got a new phone and number, unfortunately the a-hole who had this number before me owes a creditor money.

 They call from a different number every single time, 7-8 times a day. My caller ID shows the company name everytime but i can't seem to block them based in caller ID name.

 

I have tried explaining that I'm not the person they are looking for and to stop calling me but they don't stop.

Sounds weird, so they call, but no number is assigned to them?

 

If it's "No Caller ID" - How to Block No Caller ID Calls on an iPhone (alphr.com)

 

If a number is popping through, tap on the "i" button, scroll down and there is a "Block Number"

It has a callee ID, but it's a different number every single time.
