Is there a bottleneck?

Hi, a while back I built a computer, which I still use today. In it I have a RX 5600 XT and an intel core i3 10100. Will my cpu cause a noticeable bottleneck? If so, what do you recommend I do about it?

1080p? Maybe in some rare instances since it's a 4-core 8-thread CPU with a quite low running frequency.

Although not really needed, I would aim for an upgrade to, at least, an i5 or i7 of the same generation (10 and 11 series).

to answer your question every computer ever made has a bottleneck. where that bottleneck is is what is to be determined.

you have to actually check your system usages in the tasks you perform with the machine to determine where the bottleneck is occuring. the parts simply existing in the machine with no load is not how it's determined.

if your cpu is the bottleneck here, either the game is extremely cpu oriented (cities:skylines with a big city) and you'll neck on the cpu whichever cpu you have, or you'll be in the framerate range where you can just add more eyecandy to work around the limit.
