Give us some more details about your PC.

Something that comes to mind as a potential general issue is that maybe some wires shifted or got slightly disconnected when your PC tilted. Make sure everything is connected properly.

Thanks, I was curious if you maybe had some sort of liquid cooling solution and coolant maybe leaking out causing the smoke.

Did you see where the smoke is coming from, or from which area of the PC?

That's the rear exhaust, so the smoke could some from any component.

Does your PC have a transparent side panel (glass or plastic window) so you can see where the smoke comes from when it happens?

Based on the symptoms we know of, it could be that during the tilt, depending on how hard it was, the CPU cooler shifted (unlikely, since they are mounted quite secure, but could be a possibility) and is not making perfect contact with the dye, which could explain the fans ramping up. The smoke could probably be exposed thermal paste on the dye (not sure if thermal paste can smoke, just an assumption).

Is it dangerous if i try to turn it on again? Will it like explode or something?

Does pc still work, did you smell anything electrical.  If all is still working, I would guess that maybe some of the built up dust was knocked loose and when the fan started, it blew the dust out.

I mean i turned it off like directly after i saw it and i didint smell anything burnt or something

Ok so first you open it up and look for any internal damage. Also give us the exact psu because 350w for a 1660 and 9700 is like very little. Feels like this was built wrong.

This I think is hugely relevant.  Electrical components burning is a very strong smell, even a tiny amount of smoke you should have smelt it.  So I think its highly likely as someone said above its just some dust that got dislodged.

In fact, if something burned I don't think you'd have seen it out the exhaust fan as it would have dissipated too quickly, whereas a cloud of dust is far more visible.
