Sudden stutters with 5600x, rtx 3080 build

Hey guys,

OS; windows 11

cpu; 5600x

gpu; rtx 3080

My pc is running perfectly at all times however sometimes suddenly I would see a minor stutter while watching a video or playing a game, although it is minor and and rare but the frequency is atleast 1 stutter each day. What can I do to fix this?

Did you overclock the memory on your gpu? If so, set it back to stock settings.

Now I'll be the first to admit that I'm pretty much a Layman. That being said, in my opinion you're overthinking things. To quote you "1 stutter each day" is hardly note worthy. That could have been something as mundane as a Windows update polling something in the background and temporarily bogging things down just enough to be perceived as a "stutter", or it could have been one of the many background processes in Windows, or even just streaming data from a drive/cloud. All this to say that real time processing is hardly error free, and with software/firmware and kernel ecosystems as complex as they are you shouldn't expect everything to work perfectly 100% of the time. Random slowdowns occur on even the fastest systems out there.

Is your system performing as it should in the tasks you're doing? Are you getting the framerates you expect? If so I wouldn't worry about it.
