i have flickering on my screen when i start up my pc

when i start up my cp my screen flickers twice and idk why. i over clocked my cpu tuned it back and got a new one and none of those fixed it. also i overclocked my gpu ( GT 1030) to 800 mhz verry good but i dont realy think its the problem couse i had this problem before i did that. i also saw for a split second on my screen how my screen was rendering i had this once and that was about a day or 2 ago. also some buzzing in my audio verry quietly. 

 

my setup is the following:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor

NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

and a 2 TB HDD and a 500GB SSD

and a 500 W psu
