Windows 11, gsync missing from nvidia control panel

So i bought the Gigabyte G27F, 144hz, 27inch, AMD free-sync
I plugged the dp cable from GPU(GTX 950) to my monitor 

Then i went to nvidia control panel to check if the gsync option is there or not, the option was missing
I also tested on my friend's pc, the gsync option was there, he was running win10
Now my question is it the win11 which is not showing me the option or the gsync option is only available in win10 or my GPU is old thats why the option is not showing

Sounds like some mixup with an old GPU and new OS. How is the display connected? DisplayPort or HDMI? Latest driver? Have you tried a DDU driver wipe and reinstall?

Gsync on Freesync is only available on 10 series GPUs and higher.

Not to my knowledge, though ive never had to look into it.
