This is what is showing me every time I am trying to use sandbox. And I turned on Hyper v in windows according to Microsoft support and it still not letting me to use sandbox, and i have checked my system that my current windows is running Windows10Pro. Can someone help me resolve this issue? Thanks.

What happens is you open hyper V management in windows? Does that give you an error too?

As you can see in the second screenshot, that I have turned on everything that I believe is relevant to Hyper v and I had a follow up that shows I have that enabled in my BIOS, still nothing.IMG_4148.jpg

You will have a program called hyper V manager (something like that) in windows. What happens when you start that.

That looks like it is working correctly then.

It might not have installed sandbox correctly. Try to turn that feature off (just sandbox), reboot, and try enabling it again.

Nothing changed, still the same when I only turned off Sandbox and turn it back on.

Last thing I can think with that specific error code is to try the steps from here

https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmanager/no-hypervisor-was-found.html
