God, it's a bad time to build a PC isn't it.

There might be better CPU offers out there, maybe try looking at: Intel Core i7-11700KAMD Ryzen 7 5700G,  Intel Core i5-12600KF

You should do your own research on this claim as I'm not certain I'm right and I don't have specific performance numbers but... If you go for a AMD Ryzen 7 5700G you might be able to run your games at medium settings with playable framerates without needing to buy a super overpriced GPU until a later date when the shortages are finally over (or atleast better).

Another issue I see is you have no mass storage option, you should probably include a HDD for storage of files and games you play less often as well as your SSD. I always like Seagate BarraCuda drives.

The Crucial P2 is listed as a D tier (Budget) NVMe on the tier list (

) and it dosn't have DRam cache so I would look for an alternative to this drive. Might even be worth going SATA SSD instead of NVMe just to get more storage. SATA SSDs are slower than NVMe SSDs but in games the difference is kinda hard to notice.

I might be experienced, but I'm human and I do make mistakes. Expand for common PC building advice, a short bio and a list of my components and other tech. I edit my messages after sending them alot, please refresh before posting your reply. Please try to be clear and specific, you'll get a better answer. Please remember to mark solutions once you have the information you need.

Common build advice: 1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticably improve performance past 240mm.

PCs are one of my hobbies and I've built many PCs and performed upgrades on a few laptops (for myself, friends and family). This build doesn't really make sense. Also I don't recommend ordering just at Alternate, most of the time others like Megekko and Amazon are cheaper.

CPU: i5-12600KF - €280 at Megekko

RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3200 16gb - €62 at Megekko

SSD: Crucial P5 500gb - €60 at Megekko

PSU: EVGA Supernova GT 750w - €79 + free shipping at Megekko

Motherboard: Asus Prime Z690-P D4 - €220 at Megekko

Case: Metallic Gear Neo Air - €70 at Amazon & bol.com

Cooler: Freezer 34 ESports Duo - €45 at Megekko

GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 6500 XT - €320 at Megekko. Not the greatest but much better than the 1650 since the 12600 has PCIe 4 support.

Will add links later because somehow I can't paste on mobile

I'd honestly recommend a used card or a 1650 super as well at least you'll be able to decode video on the new big codec.

In that case a 12600K with built in graphics might be better (still with 6500 XT). They don't sell new 1650S anymore and used they are still about 400 in the Netherlands.

Problem is you can't really use the igpu then since this isn't a hybrid switching thing like a laptop so still not a great choice. I mean at this point a rx480/580 or hell even 470/570 would be the better pick as they are cheaper and just do more than that new piece of landfill.
