Hello there! 

Time for a laptop update, I opted for an ASUS - ROG Zephyrus 16" WQXGA 165Hz Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i9 - 16GB DDR5 Memory - NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti - 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD - Off Black, and found it in stock at Best Buy. 

I am from Mexico and have a mexican credit card; when placing my order I wasn´t able to use my own address, since Best Buy only allows you to enter USA addresses, sooo: I did what this page tells you to https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/international-orders/pcmcat204400050019.c?id=pcmcat204400050019

 

 

A day after my order was cancelled due to not being able to verify my info. Does anyone know if there is a way to place an international purchase on Best Buy and pick the items up a few days later in store?

 

 

Would greatly appreciate any advice.

Where were you trying to pick it up? In Mexico?

Why don't you just wait and pick it up when you're out there? I don't imagine you can do much if they have a problem with your credit card.

Another way, contact them. They are store, they want to sell you stuff. If you contact them and ask about best way to go, I'm sure they will tell you.
