Twitch DMCA question for music

So I wanna use a copyrighted sound for my donation to stream on twitch so I wanna know how many seconds of that song can I use before I get copyright striked? Is 15.2 seconds ok?

Using any copyrighted material is not ok. Be warned that you can be striked for even having 3 seconds.

15s is very long time in todays standards... I doubt Twitch has outlines what their thresholds are. Its mainly automatic system, and giving too much detail kinda defeats the point. Also, if automated system doesn't pick it up, someone can report you to be manually reviewed.
