Windows BOOT/Wake-up issue

So it looked like PSU issue.

I changed it and PC is booting fine every time so far.

Hello,

For about a week now I am having issues with my Windows boot/wake-up.

When I am turning on my PC it boots fine, then screen stays black, it is on, just showing black.

Then when I hard reset it, it boots into windows with no issues.

Same with wake up from sleep, it wakes up to black screen and all I can do is give it hard reset.

I done some changes to my hardware lately, so I guess that might be it.

I have:

MB: Asus TUF X570-PLUS

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X

GPU: EVGA RTX2070 Super (changed from Zotac RTX2070)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LTX 3600 MT 2x 16GB

OS drive: WD Black SN750 1TB (I cloned it from my old drive, maybe I should reinstall Windows?)

Games drive: 4x Samsung PM863a 1.7 TB in RAID 0 (I used SN750 before that)

PSU: Corsair CV550 550W

So, my idea is that as I updated to RTX2070Super and added 4 SSD's drives my PSU struggles? - Could that be it?

Or should Windows reinstall on new drive fix it?

does event viewer (system log most likely) have any relevant errors like nvidia driver stuff?

Nothing unfortunately, that is why I was thinking it might be PSU or cloning Windows drive related.
